The American Association for Runic Studies has sponsored a number of important events both in North America and in Sweden. Since 2010, a number of North American Runic Tours with Professor Henrik Williams have taken place, as well as Rune Rounds in Sweden during 2017, 2018, and 2019.
AARS received an Award of Proclamation from
the Swedish Council of America (SCA). Award:
“In recognition of outstanding and significant contributions to promote understanding of Nordic history with its highly successful 2015 lecture tour and series of research activities with Professor Williams.”
